For exchange or refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 3 days and we'll replace it, or give you a refund. For return/refund, note that there will be a 50% restocking fee as well. Refund amount will be the total amount paid exclude 50% restocking fee and $30 delivery fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to make a return request

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
